Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AI Helper, including AI chat, assistant roles, subscriptions, rewarded advertisements, and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Helper. If the laws of your location require a higher minimum age or parental consent, you must meet those requirements. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. AI Features and Output
AI Helper provides AI-generated content for general productivity, writing, translation, coding, learning, and everyday assistance. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
- You are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI outputs before using them.
- Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other expert advice.
- You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded or entered content, and how you use generated outputs.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app or services, including by:
- violating laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations;
- submitting illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content;
- attempting to extract system prompts, API keys, security controls, model/provider details, or backend implementation information;
- circumventing usage limits, reward-ad limits, subscriptions, rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or access controls;
- using automation, bots, scraping, load testing, or high-volume requests without permission;
- interfering with app operation, Cloudflare Worker endpoints, third-party services, ads, billing, analytics, or security systems.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Trials
AI Helper may offer paid subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Subscription benefits may include increased or unlimited AI usage, an ad-free experience, or other premium features shown in the app.
- Prices, billing periods, trial availability, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase in Google Play or the app.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to Google Play rules before the renewal date.
- You can manage, cancel, or restore purchases through Google Play and the app where supported.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play unless required otherwise by applicable law.
5. Free Usage and Rewarded Ads
The app may provide limited free AI usage and may allow you to watch rewarded ads to obtain additional free usage. Daily limits, rewards, and availability may change. We may deny rewards or restrict access if we detect abuse, invalid traffic, repeated failures, or policy violations.
6. Accounts and Security
If sign-in is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and device. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, interface, software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.
You retain rights to content you submit, subject to rights needed for us and our service providers to operate, secure, and improve the app and provide AI responses.
8. Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party services such as Cloudflare, AI service providers, Google Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, and Microsoft App Center. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms and policies.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the app, including free quotas, AI features, subscriptions, ads, or backend services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI outputs.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
